Lakota was my drive-thru server, and she was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made sure my drinks weren't covered in pop like the last time I went. I even got asked if I needed any sauce or anything.
I’m leaving a review for store number 013987 in Eldorado Kansas 67042. . They have the best customer service. The people that work there are absolutely amazing. I dined in and the cleanliness was great. They brought the food out to me when it was done. They prepared and cooked it in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend this store for everyone who loves them some Wendy’s.
Tables dirty, food was (Dave's single) dry. Not as good as it used to be. Expensive. Crew were standing around talking amongst themselves. Took several minutes to realize I was there to order. Did not have cheese fries that were advertised. Overall a letdown.
