Kaylin made my day, she seen I was a trucker stopping thru and set me up to make my dining experience in my truck later by wrapping my sandwich separately to handle easier with adequate things to make disposal of my trash a thing of ease. Her kind conversation was pleasant to and old trucker who doesn’t get to socialize very much and just made my day a little better. Thank you for the service with smile and taking a little time to talk with your customers and being so thoughtful. And the place was immaculately clean which was another big plus

Driving from GA to Denver & decided to stop for some food. The kid working is clearly annoyed that I am here, he is being extremely rude. I ordered a salad & he proceeds to tell me that they don't have them (I'm confused because they are on the menu.) Once I ask why it's on the menu he said yea, they do in fact have salads. I went to pay & gave him exact change & he purposely dropped my change on the counter & rings me out without factoring in my .06 (not a big deal) but extremely passive aggressive. I'm not sure if its because I'm a woman or if he just hates his job that much that he is intentionally this way to all customers. Definitely avoid if you are a female!!

Probably one of the WORST experiences at ANY Subway. Went and got 3 sandwiches 2 were messed up it was late no problem. Well it’s Ellsworth if you’re gonna say something it’s gonna reach that person. So the employee telling someone they messed up these specific sandwiches on PURPOSE is kind of a problem. DO BETTER. Employees like this shouldn’t work in food service.
These sandwiches are supposed to be the same exact sandwich top one is from today. Bottom one is from yesterday. There is nothing in the sandwich from yesterday, purposely not making it right. The one from today is made correctly.

Went in to order at 11 am ,they didn't have any bread and said it would be 45 minutes. The manager was sitting at a table eating and didn't even try to apologize. Subway is not good to begin with but this one is terrible.

We came on 11/2/2024 and the guy working was extremely rude and short with us, we felt rushed and like we were inconveniencing him. We had to ask for more vegetables because he barely put any vegetables on our sandwiches. Then to top it off we got large ice teas and they taste like Clorox water. Very disappointing.
This Subway was EXTREMLY UNDERSTAFFED. Then after standing there for 30min. Waiting to order. They told me an online ordrr for 7 sandwiches would be done before me!!!!!! I wanted 1 6 inch sandwich. So now waiting another 15 m8n. For service. So order online they will get you done faster.

Had to remove the wheat bread as it was too dry and hard to eat, and use our own bread. Also didn't order a toasted sandwich, they had to redo it. Usually good, have to watch freshness of their bread...
