Had to remove the wheat bread as it was too dry and hard to eat, and use our own bread. Also didn't order a toasted sandwich, they had to redo it. Usually good, have to watch freshness of their bread...Parking: Muddy

Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app said my sandwich was ready. They didn’t even start making it until I had been standing there for 10 min, even though they asked if I had a takeout order shortly after I arrived. Then, once it was wrapped up and done, the cashier just left it sitting on the counter - didn’t even give it to me. The workers are slow and don’t know how to fit online orders into the schedule. The whole point of online ordering is so you don’t have to stand there and wait. Last time, I had to ask for my drink and side. Awful service here.
They were friendly and fast here. I got a takeout sub (ordered on the app) and it was made to my requests and up fast. Parking lot is a little small but I’m guessing the neighboring industrial business is ok with some Subway customers using part of their large gravel lot?
