The place was understaffed. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait, when we could clearly see many open tables. It was just the 2 of us. Management, check the university sports schedules to know a track meet is coming to town. The hotels surrounding your establishment were fully booked. We went down the street to Bruff's and had a wonderful meal.

White female brunette bartender tonight may know how to run beers but has no personality. This isn’t the position for her. Zero friendliness. Zero smiles. I asked for lime in my water and she gave me lemons (appropriate for her demeanor) I noticed she was very “blah” with other customers too, not just me. When it came time for my bill, she explained about some special on there, laid it down and walked away. When I asked about credit card pay she said yes and kind of looked at me. When I held up my phone and said Apple Pay she said yes and simply stared at me. I then had to ask her if I have to give her my phone and she said yes. I handed her my cell phone and she ran my Apple Pay through and then she laid it on the bar where the drinks had been (Someone hands you something , courtesy dictates you hand it back to them ) I picked up my phone and wiped it off with a napkin. Although I wanted to leave no tip, I left two dollars. Even thanked her for handing me my drinks. Management might want to find a spot without human interaction for her. Yikes!!

20 minutes to be seated then 45 minutes to get food only 6 tables with people at them. Reason for 1 star on service is because I can't put negative stars on here. Highly recommend don't waste your time coming here unless you have hours to waste. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was perfect on this visit. The food was awesome; it was cooked perfectly. The service was fast and friendly. We always sit at the bar. The bartender is high speed and doesn't miss a beat. And the atmosphere was great.
The 3 times I go around 9 p.m. on saturday the food it's nasty and depressive like my ex mom. The servers prefer to stay at the end of the bar in group talking until a order on the kitchen comes out then they decide to move and take new orders.
Waited 15 minutes for seat, despite openings. Staff ignored me, and atmosphere was uncomfortable and rude. Left without ordering. Poor service and unwelcoming vibe.
