Is this even a restaurant? You go through drive-thru and nothing, pull up to the window, nothing, walk inside and just hear peeps laughing in the back while waiting for 10 minutes, nothing....and their food isn't even that good. Will never make that mistake again

Fresh meat - nice and juicy!!! Internet was down - manager was playing good music from her phone!!! Two meat dinner - pulled pork and sliced brisket!!!

Chicken was a bit dry and rib was a bit cold. Other than that service was great, friendly and food was delicious.
Used to love Billy Sims. Last time we went which was right after they reopened after majority of their staff quit. Asked for a salad with extra corn for no corn to be put in the salad. We went today. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru to only get up there and wait another 10 minutes. They handed us our food. We asked kindly if our sauces were in the bag. The employee rudely “yeah that’s what you asked for”. I told her we were missing at least two of them. She then proceeded to go get four of the sauces that she first said that were in the bag. She was not nice about it at all. Then we get home for the ribs to look and taste absolutely dried out. Sad to see once’s a good restaurant go down hill.

Was really disappointed, ribs were luke warm and not all the way done. Sides portion was like a kids meal . Last time we ate there was too notch, not sure what's going on. Be cautious $45 was a bit much for this. Not happy at all.
