This visit, my second to a Braum's restaurant, was no disappointment. The burger was fresh and delicious, not like pressed and frozen patties. Real strawberries in the thick shake were sweet and rich with flavor.
The associate at the counter must have noticed that I was warm -- I rode an hour with temperature in the 90s to get there -- so the water cup she offered was wonderful while my lunch was prepared. Many thanks!
Great place, good food but the waiting time it's long because is an intersection highway
Food was great.
Inexpensive and always delicious. Don't have it in our hometown so always gotta hit one on the road.
Don’t understand the hype.
So good.
If you've never eaten here, you're missing out. Get yourself a bag of burgers for almost $1 a piece, they're amazing. But the main draw is their ice cream, and it's second to none.
Braums also seems like a great employer, so I give them an extra star for that, because great employers are hard to come by these days.
The lovely young lady at the counter was very understanding of my often indecisive kids... thank you, Jaylin!
Braums was great remarkable fast great food a helpful polite cashier
Just went through the drive through and get a #7 grilled no mayonnaise, it hmayonnaise on it and asked as for the fries no salt, they had salt on them. Their drivve through order takers do Not Listen to what is ordered, or how it was ordered. Live out of town so it is Not worth the gas to come back in to get it fixed supposedly. Even my receipt showed they did not put my order in correctly at all!

Friendly, great homemade tasting breakfast, tasty sausage. A great stop to/from KC.
Just off I-35: Bright & clean counter-top store. Clean bathrooms, wide variety burgers, ice cream treats, & groceries.
Everyone was incredibly kind, greeted me with some very warm smiles
Out of our two Braum's locations, this one is the better. I've had very minimal issues with orders here, and the food has always looked and tasted fine. The only suggestion is that the younger teenage crew members should be coached a little on customer service techniques. I'm not saying they're rude, but they have no real idea on how to engage the person on the other side of the counter. It's not just one or two of them but a good majority. A little training can go a long way.
2025 edit: The service here has become incredibly slow. If I get through the drive-through in less than 10 minutes, I consider myself luck.
Oh and bring back the Mushroom Swiss.
Very friendly staff, food was good.
