Slow everytime I come here , always out of some kinda ice cream, and bad customer service! Do not recommend

Food was good, service was slow and restaurant was dirty though

Nice people. Got in there just before they closed & they still greeted me with a smile & a warm welcome!!!

I ordered my food 9:22 pm. I got my food at 9:55 pm. I order two kids meals and one adult meal. People who were there after me got there food before me. When my food finally came, I was missing two orders of fries, and the one out of three fries I received was cold. The lady at the counter was very short and rude. She loudly expressed that the amount of food I was ordering was outrageous and I felt embarrassed 😳. After this she made me reach over the counter to grab my receipt from her hand. She didn't even bother trying to hand it to me. Additionally, she then proceeded to place my cup out of reach by placing it next to her. Instead of politely handing it to me.

Took so long to get our food today!!

Drive up service was fast. Good food.

I visited on Sunday, 1/12/25. Each time I go, I hope for improvement but, no. They had a fair amount of workers for the number of customers in house. Initially, I was greeted and order was taken quickly. However, when we went back up to order ice cream, several workers looked at us standing there but none of them acknowledged we’d been waiting and said anything to us. I finally had to wave and say “hello, can someone help us”? Most of the employees are young and appeared a bit confused by most jobs. I appreciate they are trying but they sure need a lot more training time.
In addition, the store is always dirty and floors wet at drink stations that cause slip and fall accidents. At least put up wet floor signs. Bathrooms also aren’t attended to often and it shows! Braums… do better, please !

Waited 30 minutes to order, finally left, they were servicing the drive thru and ignoring the crowd in the lobby. I won't go back.

When the employees actually get off their phone and do some work it's not too bad of a place. We'll except the tables are usually dirty as is the bathrooms.

Fabulous burgers and fries. The Braums sauce is killer!! They need to sell it by the bottle. Frozen yogurt was good, waffle cones top notch. Staff was super nice, courteous and helpful! Wish they were in NC!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of selections kids like!

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking close to automatic doors!

That was the first day of our little cashier job and she fumbled on our order the store manager actually overheard her conversation and stopped her for she was entering art order incorrectly we really should have that wasn't going to be the last time that that happened just stay calm and to do the best

The food and ice cream were great as usual. The restaurant was clean, but the staff seemed to be struggling at the counter and in the kitchen. It seemed like they were lacking direction. Once we were waited on, they did a good job.
