I recently placed a phone order with Burger King to inquire about the prices of their burgers, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, the customer service representative immediately became hostile and ended up cussing me out on the phone. I was shocked that a simple question could trigger such unprofessional behavior.
The way I was spoken to was both disrespectful and dismissive, leaving me with a strong impression of how poorly they treat their customers. A simple inquiry shouldn’t result in being insulted or treated rudely. I expected a basic level of courtesy, especially when ordering over the phone, and it’s clear that this location needs serious improvement in training their staff on proper communication and customer service.
Based on this experience, I won’t be using their service again and would caution others to be aware of how they might be treated when reaching out for information. Beth was especially rude and they have blocked my number for no reason it is unacceptable.

WORST Burger King! To start they didn't have french fries. I ordered a double whopper and was given 3 tiny little hamburger patties even smaller then the whopper Jr. I paid extra for extra pickles and received a total of 4 pickles on this pathetic excuse of a whopper. When I requested a refund, I was denied as I had used the app. Worker stated he couldn't give a refund as his manager was not there. Then later admitted to being a manager himself. Talk about terrible customer service and an overall terrible experience.

My family went through the drive and ordered a bacon king (plain) jbc, 2 cheezy tots and chicken nuggets. Got home and the bacon king was not plain which sent my husband to the hospital. The nuggets were old and ice cold. My child could not eat them. And everything else was dry and gross. What part of reading the order and getting the food right and hot don't they understand. We tried calling twice and no one answers as usual. They weren't even busy, never are.

Wow! When I asked for the bottled waters that we ordered (soda machines were down), the lazy guy rudely asked if I was sure he didn't already give them to us. When I said we didn't have them, he gave me a suspicious look and even more rudely asked, "You sure?" Then he remembered he hadn't and brought two waters...for the three of us. And then to top it off, the hamburgers had Miracle Whop on them instead of mayonnaise. GROSS!

Kid-friendliness: No changing table in the restroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors, no automatic door button. Had a very hard time getting my son, who uses a walker, and my almost 2 yr old amputee grandson in the doors. The 3 1/2 yr old isn't quite there yet on manners and helping hold doors.

Tonight after work I went through drive thru when I got home found out half my order was wrong and burnt, my partner ordered the new firey chicken sandwich and the the firey mozzarella sticks, when we got home we had received a regular mozzarella sticks and a regular chicken sandwich, the buns were burnt and it didn't have a chicken patty on it, it has a single chicken tender. Overall disappointed.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken fries and they gave me 9. Was a drive through order so couldn't ask for my missing food☹️. It's normally great and employees are nice but make sure to check the amounts in the containers before leaving the window.
