There’s new management as this town would say “oh again”. Well, THIS manager is educated, kind, accommodating, and seems to get the job done. People don’t want to work in Emporia, and BK has a stigma already. However, I must say the current staff (what little there is) are very pleasant and have great customer service! I’m not bothered if I have to wait a bit to have actual HOT and cooked food, throw in the customer service, why complain for real? Hats off to y’all...
Food was hot and fresh, workers were all very polite and acted like they wanted to be there with smiles on their faces. Its been awhile since I have gone due to service and food lacking but I am glad I tried it again. I didnt go inside so I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: No changing table in the restroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors, no automatic door button. Had a very hard time getting my son, who uses a walker, and my almost 2 yr old amputee grandson in the doors. The 3 1/2 yr old isn't quite there yet on manners and helping hold doors.
