What’s the purpose of selling cakes if you can’t walk in and pick one out. With a sign that says “drive thru only” and nobody answering the phone . Horrible customer service

Always a great experience for a cool sweet treat! Customer service has been on point, and is kind as well! Drove thru today with my dogs, and although one was a little less than pleased with his mom speaking to strangers (barking) the nice staff offered pup cups for my cranky fur-kid(s)! Needless to say that made both of them very happy & only had a little so no brain freezes, haha! Will definitely visit again! Thank you!

The workers are polite but this is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The ice cream is melted every time. The blizzards are melted. They never turn them upside down because the contents would fall out. If you want melted ice cream, then this is your place.

Waited in line for 30 minutes for a pick up order… that might I mention I told them I’d be here at 7… all because they are only doing drive thru… really… need to have someone that can let people in for pick up orders or something.
