I feel as if the loaded tots weren’t enough for the price the cup isn’t even half full .. my husband ordered a latte and they made at least six drinks before starting his.. two people behind us walked out first.

Don't even know where to begin, I ordered the beach bucket of munchkins yesterday on mobil app when we picked it up the girl informed me she only had 34 munchkins and ask if we wanted regular donuts to finish the order we said ues . We are an hour and a half from this store. We got home all 34 were chocolate I cant even eat chocolate and they gave us 2 regular donuts to replace 16 munchkins I cant reach anyone phone is always busy and corporate is useless he didn't understand what i was saying said there's no other person I could talk to no supervisors nothing. This is ridiculous they didn't have a issue taking our money but getting a runaround trying to get this issue resolved. Bad bad business

This Dunkin’ is not good. I have given it several chances. It definitely doesn’t taste like when you go to a good Dunkin. Donuts never taste fresh and the coffee just tastes off. The employees are usually always rude and act like they hate their job. You can tell they do not have good management. I would not recommend.

I rarely leave reviews. I understand that places and businesses are not perfect but a couple of times ago when my drink was awful I called and politely asked them to make me another the shift

Go here out of convenience because my kids do love the donuts which are always decent but the drinks are so horribly inconsistent and it gets old paying 8 plus $ for a drink that is no where near worth the price you paid this drink doesn’t taste like espresso at all and I even added two extra shots because the espresso drinks never taste like espresso. This is mostly ice and tastes like syrup and oatmilk and a tiny hint of watered down coffee. I try to give businesses multiple chances but they just can’t seem to get it right.I also live 8 miles away so tried to call to see if this could be re made but no answer. This will be my last drink purchase from this location.

Order a white chocolate mocha iced latte 1/2 ice and what I got was a mocha latte with nothing but ice for six dollars. I know I didn’t have them fix it because I was already in a rush and didn’t have time to sit around and wait for another one but I did notice is all they do is push a couple buttons out of a machine instead of actually making it, which is the difference between Dunkin’ Donuts and an actual coffee shop you will not be getting another visit

I don't understand what is so hard. I wanted a Blueberry muffin and a coffee cake muffin. After 3 times trying to get them to give me what I paid for we left dumbfounded and in disbelief. What is so hard about getting the right muffins. 3 times going over the week and more than 5 mess ups. I'm still without a Blueberry muffin. Kept giving us chocolate chip. Chocolate chip doesn't sound like Blueberry.

I ordered a pick up order last night to be picked up this morning as we had places to be. My husband went in a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready just to find out they hadn’t even started making the drinks yet. No point in ordering ahead if your order isn’t going to be ready.

Not impressed with the service. Worker took friends order then totally ignored that I was there and wanted to order. Had to get other workers attention to take my order. She delivered to my table with a smile. She understood customer service is king.

I continue to give them a shot, but I am disappointed every single time. I order my food/drink before leaving my house. It takes me about 5 minutes to get there, and I still have a 20 minute wait in line. I get not everyone orders online, but when I have to sit in silence at the Drive-Thru speaker for 5 minutes, just to tell them my name on the order, that is pretty bad.Then when I get to the window (the car in front of me has been gone for at least 3-4 minutes), it takes another few minutes for someone to even acknowledge me AT the window. Then that is when they finally start making my order. It should not take 20-30 minutes to get my order, ESPECIALLY in a town the size that Emporia is.
