Wow. Unfortunate to have a business in town that forgot a sandwich and then refused to do anything about it. Charge back on the credit card and will never step foot again in there. Was cussed at by the guy that answered the phone for his mistake.

We ordered online and my husband went to pick it up. When he got home we found we were missing a sandwich and a drink. We called to resolve the issue and they said there was nothing to do. They refused to deliver or call door dash or make any attempt at all to remedy their mistake. He said no managers were there and I could figure out my dinner tomorrow. And hung up the phone.

The food was ok, employees were friendly…..but the loud music with explicit lyrics was a bit shocking. There was an elderly couple and parents with small children present and the music/rap was extremely inappropriate for a restaurant and maybe more appropriate for a club late at night.

They put the wrong sandwiches together. The bread and vegetables were switched around. We have ordered again since and it was the usual awesome food we expect from our local goodcents!

Home from out of town. Middle of a military move. They do not have Goodcents in Virginia or in Texas so I have stopped by 2 days in a row now. My favorite place for a good sub. The two that helped me were the same as yesterday! Very polite and quick service! Thank you so much for making this a great experience and great tasting food! ??
