This Hardee's usually has really good biscuits. today very odd taste and not the good golden buttery taste at this location. Dried out with not butter borderline burnt. Had to throw away $8 because nasty weird taste and dry. Too bad I can't share the taste with the owner and watch them spit it out as unacceptable as I had too The 2nd biscuit egg was like rubbery. Again spit out. I guess the newer owners don't give a shit 5 years and habitual customer.

Ordered a 3 piece combo chicken tenders. Received 2 small tenders and 1 the size of a nugget. Brought to attention of clerk and was told "manager wouldn't permit a replacement."
Order was $20.00 +. That piece of chicken may have saved a minimal dollar amount, but the response created a dissatisfied repeat customer. Staff needs an understanding of customer service

Went in two weeks ago on my way to Emporia for my kid’s college orientation and campus visit. It’s a five hour drive for us so by the time we arrived at 9:30 we were tired and hungry. Restaurant doesn’t close until 10, if it’s fast food that’s plenty of time to prepare my order and still close up on time. We walk in, they’re changing the order boards around to breakfast. They ask do we need to see the menu, yes because we intend on ordering. They turn a few back around and I say, stop, we are just ordering chicken strips. He stops and informs me we will have to take it to go because the lobby is about to close. Your lobby closes at 9:35, odd. Then he talks to the kitchen, they’re changing only have two chicken strips. At that I said thanks but no thanks, because at 30 minutes to close I am not accustomed to being told what to eat based on the old food hanging out in the kitchen. So we left and won’t ever be back. We have plenty of choices for crappy food in emporia.

Spicy wrap was a lil dusty but mans behind the counter was an OG and remade another AND THEN added another wrap. Earned a loyal customer
Order just a 5 piece combo with fries and a drink in the drive thru the service was fine but the food was cold and tasted liked it had been made hours before I ordered it. The strawberry lemonade is good

Was going to dine in, chose to leave with kids running around. Shake was made with frost byte icecream, and curls old or nasty grease. However the worker was polite, friendly, and ham and cheese was spot on.
