Stopped by this IHOP during a long road trip — we were hungry and looking forward to a good meal, but unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing.
Service was slow, though to be fair, the staff gave us a heads-up when we arrived, which we appreciated. Still, it’s something that could definitely be improved, especially for travelers passing through on a tight schedule.
The biggest issue was finding a hair in our food, which pretty much killed our appetite. On top of that, our waiter’s shirt had an odor, and the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. These are small things on their own, but they added up and left a rough impression.
That said, the place itself was okay overall. I’d be open to giving it another shot in the future, but really hoping to see improvements in cleanliness and speed next time around.

The waiter was slow on helping us. There service was slow even in middle of the afternoon, at 4. We didn't feel very cared for from the waiter. On an afternote: I wanted to commend Brandi the Manager on Duty, we mentioned our concerns to her and she apologized deeply for the poor experience. She comped our meal. Because of Brandi we will stop there again, next time we head to visit family in Gardner.

I would not recommend eating here. Came in ordered food, food came out with what we didnt order, server was not listening or paying attention to what we asked for or drink refills, talked to someone who claimed to be a mgr and he gave 15% bill, asked about military discount and said and server said you cant stack discount, asked how we got discounted when food was wrong and server wasn't doing his job and he said dont care, so you dont care about the military and those who served, what a disgrace.

When we walked in, a girl was struggling with trying to ring someone out and never acknowledged we were there. After a few minutes, 2 other girls came over to handle customers. It was clear that there was no clear leadership. We were taken to our seat by Faith L. She did a fantastic job but had to continually apologize for others. My granddaughter wanted Crepes, but although it was only a little after 1pm, Faith explained that they were out, and the policy is to not make more on the weekend as it takes too long. We gave our order and waited over 30 minutes, with Faith coming over and apologizing several times. The restaurant was not very busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was. The meal was edible but not excellent. The craziest thing was that my wife had ordered a plate with ham on it. She ended up with one normal piece of ham and one slice of cooked lunch meat ham. Again, Faith was amazing and even took off the price of my granddaughters milk because of our long wait, which she apologized for once again. Because of her excellent service, we gave her a generous tip, which caused her to cry, and she remarked that it had been a very stressful day. There was one other gentleman cleaning tables that was working very hard, but the rest either just stood around and did as little as possible or looked like they had no clue what to do.

Food was good. I usually have a good waitress. This one must have been new. He didn't smile or engage in conversation. Spoke low & mono toned.

Avocados were ripe, eggs Benedict poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Friendly small staff. Overall, a nice quiet atmosphere and place to stop during our travels.

This was one of the dirtiest establishments I’ve ever been in. There was food all over the floor, the items on the table were stained and sticky, and the bathroom was insanely unclean. The manager was rude to her staff and would yell across the restaurant. When my party and I came in, to a staff member she said, “you HAVE to stick around because I can’t do this myself!” She made us feel very unwelcome and like an inconvenience. We had a server who was on his third day and he did fine, but when he needed help she was rude. She also kept coughing and wouldn’t cover her cough. She made us feel uncomfortable with really strange comments when we were seated too. The food wasn’t bad, but it felt so dirty in there that I would never eat there again.
