I made an online order and it took a hour and half to get our order. The food itself was slopped together, messy and sandwiches were dry. Called in to check on order and phone just rang and no one ever answered.

Called order in so i would be able to take lunch to my wife for her birthday with some Ballons. Got the ballons and told jimmy John's I would be there at 12:05 this was at 11:30. Got there waited 25 min. Couldn't wait any longer had to get back to work. Sad that this is the service we get for the money they want.

The app is the worst app ever. Do an entire order as it keep forcing to deny stuff you do not want, then you click up in RH corner and bam order gone!!!! No where can you just click a sandwich and hit order. Sucks sucks sucks sucks

i’m not one to ever leave a review but i just left this sandwich shop, the food was fine but the girl with red brown hair gave me and my friend a dirty look as we walked in and i could tell she was making her coworkers uncomfortable as well, snarky comments to the guy that was taking our order about hurting her finger and that she cannot proceed to make our sandwiches and then did... i feel bad for anyone who has to interact with this young lady. the man that took my order did amazing for having to work with said woman.

Yesterday I order the #5 I don't know correct me if I'm wrong please.. but that sandwich spouse to be full of oil everywhere?.. The oil comes out from the package a lot.

Over hour delivery, called to find out what’s going on. There was only one driver which I understand so waited 20 more minutes. I called again to find out that they had voided my order. Very unprofessional, especially when the girl on the phone laughed about it. Never ordering here again.

Walked in to grab a sandwich and the two employees were completely dismissive. I stood there for 5 minutes before they acknowledged me and finally the girl (blonde with glasses) said they were no longer serving. It was 9:45 on a Friday when I came in. I asked why as they are open until 10 and she said they had already put everything away. We were the only ones in the store and can confirm we will never be back.
No problem with the food or quickness of the service, but gotta love the employee working the register while sitting on the counter next to it with her feet….yup…on the counter. Nothing like a health code violation to start the weekend!

Employees who served me were very nice and were working hard doing extra duties but my only complain was that they talked loudly to each other and used some profanity, which is not a problem with me but could be an issue for others or families. The food wasn’t my favorite. I prefer other sandwich places.
