The only reason they get 2 stars is because the pizza is decent(espeically the pretzel crust). That said, they don't know how to operate. Multiple times we have ordered food and been given a 45 minute wait time. That's fine, but what isn't fine is that when we arrive at the scheduled time we have to wait an additional 30-60 minutes. They don't offer refunds. They don't apologize. The building looks less than clean, with an overwhelming cigarette smell, and the last time we were there we witnessed an employee come in from outside and get right on the cook like without washing their hands. It happens at many places, I'm sure, but still gross to witness. It's truly a shame. The food was good, but their timing skills are terrible & their hot and ready practically doesn't exist.

Worst little Caesars ever. Three orders in a row. Stuffed crust half pineapple half pepperoni. 2 times in a row it was all pepperoni and pineapple instead of half and half. My kids won't eat pepperoni. I got fed up with them messing it up so the third time I order a separate pepperoni pizza and the other stuffed crust was pineapple on half.THEY ADDED PEPPERONI TO THE PINEAPPLE ONLY PIIZA. I didn't even ask for it. I feel this is on purpose now and I won't be ordering from this location ever again. We are in a college town yet the people they hire are unable to read.

Horrible service and Mgr. even a man saying he was corporate was their. Was lied to by the lady mrg. for my doordash order that I waited over 25mins. for 1 lrg pizza and then come to find out they had to remake it because some kid gave it to someone else costing me time and money and nothing was done except giving the customer another pizza. Yeah right like that made up for my time and money it cost me for them being Incompetent.

My complaint isnt against the food, the food was ok I guess. You dont go to little ceasers cuz you want Michelin star food. My issue is 1) I walked in, got my stuff out of the portal n left without any recognition, not 1 word was said…very dull. 2)they have a new updated pride flag with all the newer colors and designs. Im not necessarily against people in the community, live your life, youre not hurting anyone so I dont care what you do or who you love. My issue is with the franchisee, if youre willing to promote your political views in your establishment, I can tell how extreme you are in your political views. As a business owner myself, I feel like blatantly displaying your political views is distasteful cuz thats not why people decide to buy from you. I refuse to support that monetarily.

Great food, great staff. They were incredibly friendly and the staff seem to get along really well. They seem to get a lot of crap from bad customers who are constantly rude to them. Y'all are doing great, tune out the haters and keep rocking!
