How does your pizza establishment not have Parmesan packets and charge extra for Parmesan?

I've had great pizza and I've have bad pizza from here. I've ordered a stuffed crazy crust pepperoni twice now and didn't get any crazy topping, even though you have to pay extra for it. I tried to order a slices-n-stix bacon instead and they barely put any bacon on it. It was just cheese and some crummy crust.

The pizza was under cooked..the bread sticks were still doughy and the pizza puffs was cold and old
The pizza tastes like a dried out sponge. And the wings were supposed to be buffalo yet tasted like black pepper. We tried the Crazy Puffs and they were crunchy and dried out. This is the worst experience we have ever had at Little Caesars.

I was not notified that my pizza was ready at all. I finally called the store and found out my pizza had been done nearly 45 minutes. And all I got from the store was oops, sorry. And that it happens all the time.

It's not horrible if you just walk in. Calling is a joke. Almost never answer a call. Asked for one kind of pizza. They tried to give me a different kind. Manager wanted to charge full price for making the pizza I had already paid for that they screwed up and was extraordinarily rude. The manager didn't even give back my change, even though I only took the one pizza.
