When a town has 2 of a certain restaurant, there's always going to be one that is better than the other. This is the bad one. They routinely forget sauces, try to overcharge certain items, employees refuse to customize a sandwich that way a customer requests. The other store is just across town and doesn't have these issues.

This place is a damn joke. Ordered a large fries through door dash and I get this half emptied case . Their fries aren’t even cheap. How about u start giving customers the ordered they paid for.

I used to come to this McDonald's every single morning for 10 years straight. For the past year, the morning management is complete trash. Their personality, their service and constantly inability to either be open, have everything on the menu available, inability to take online orders or just too lazy to actually give a damn about anything for the customer. It's sad because I used to enjoy coming here. Just like this morning....I decided to give them another chance like I have once a month and again they can't take my mobile order. No explanation or anything and instead "just wait for 15-20 minutes and we might be able to help you. ?

I was working in Emporia for a couple of days and just wanted a little quick snack. Went in and placed my order. It was quick, hot, and good. And the restaurant was very clean in appearance.

First off, nearly $40.00 dollars for breakfast for four is absolutley rediculous! Secondly, when ordering drinks besides coffee with breakfast meals you should ASK what size drink is being ordered and NOT default to the most expensive cost to the customer. I ordered thru the drive thru and this store automaticly upcharged to large drinks and then were irritated when called out for it. This practice is dishonest and needs to stop.

It's McDonald's, if you want 5 stars pay and train your employees betters so I don't have ketchup on the outside of my burger, and the woman at the front taking orders isn't leaning against the counter. She needs a chair, I could tell she had physical issues, apparently McDonald's won't give her a seat. But she was very nice and courteous none the less.
