So i order from.there and I thought when I got back home it was raw and could not even eat it like what so ever and I got the Biggest plate with orange chicken and fried rice and then a bowl with chicken and fried fried rice and it was all raw so i wanna make that makes since how they not closed yet

They ran out of almost 70% of entry selection and stopped cooking couple hours before closing!!! This is unacceptable!!!

I ordered a bigger play with fried rice, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. When we pay the person didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce. I didn’t have any teriyaki sauce, my broccoli and beef was in the small container which dripped everywhere and it only broccoli in there. This was the worst experience I had in a while with the location!

Better than previous visits. Food was less oily than before
I ordered the Beef and Broccoli bowl to go, so I didn't notice until I got home, that the whole container was 95%Broccoli and only 5% beef. I just spent $10 for Broccoli with a few small pieces of beef thrown in for decoration.

We are used to the service levels and abundance of our Rogers Panda Express. She. We arrived at this Panda the majority of bowls were empty (super greens, Bejeign Beef and black pepper sirloin). The staff appeared disoriented and not in control. We left.

It took their corporate office over 2 weeks to respond to our complaint. They claimed it was because that location has so many complaints. Very unprofessional. They Made our pickup order almost 30 minutes before pickup time. Got verbal with us when we confronted them about why it was made so early. Had it sitting next to the drive thru window when we picked up our food it was cold. Told us we can take the cold food or have nothing at all because they weren't remaking our order. So many obvious food violations. Then when reported to corporate their office didn't want to issue us the almost $40 family meal they wanted to issue 3 plates instead smfh. They claimed they leave it up to the restaurant the complaint is about to decide what refund you get. How does that make any sense when their the reason it wasn't made right in the first place? Most uneducated employees i have ever seen in my life. No way any of them are food certified. Proof in photos below.

Good food
I went into Panda Express being amazed with how clean and neat everything is. Once you enter the employees are polite and patient with you. After, getting my food which was orange chicken and chow mein I took a bite out of it and everything was perfect. I recommend this place to anyone!
