The freshly baked bread is wonderful. A lot of times I like to try different things on the menu, but the their signature sandwich is so good, I end up ordering the same sandwich every time. Staff was great, wonderful atmosphere

When I travel to Kansas, I try to find this sub shop. Excellent bread, great flavors, quality meats. I love sandwiches and this is one the better chains across the US. Makes it even better that it’s a regional secret. Props to the lady working. She was flying solo that day and she worked it like a champ. Y’all need to give her a hefty bonus.
