Love this place! I had dinner here 2 weeks ago on Sunday, and it was GREAT! I had fried catfish & shrimp with a side of red beans and rice. I highly recommend this place. It was immaculately clean with very friendly service. My iced tea never got close to being empty. Next time through Emporia I will make this my lunch or dinner stop. The owner came out and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. I appreciate great food plus outstanding service.

I waited to eat here with my mom and dad they are older I'm older. My step father is from Maine so he had the fish platter with shrimp and I had shrimp platter special. Big butter battered butterfly shrimp. We thought it was mighty fine. Steaming Hot really nice. My mom eats no seafood and they had alot for her to choose. She said it was great so we will be back. The prices on my special were amazing. Big platters real fair pricing. Had all the sides some were tiny, some large. Thank you. Very pleased with our meal.

Wanted to try something local and unique! The building itself was bold and colorful. The waitress was friendly and our orders came out quickly and accurate. Between us all, we had both fried fish/shrimp and grilled fish/shrimp! Can't go wrong with either. For sides, our group ended up with fries, green beans, red beans and rice, and Mac and cheese. The favorite was the red beans and rice. Least favorite, and truthfully the only thing not liked amongst the group, was the Mac and cheese (thought it tasted spoiled). There was also a burger in our group...it was delicious as well. Would definitely recommend!
