I have been to scooters at many locations in several states without a problem. This Emporia location gets the order correct 1 out of 5 times. If you are going to charge that much for a drink you need to train your employees to make it correctly! Every time we get a matcha there is a clump of matcha on the bottom of the drink. When we request that they steam it with the milk to prevent that from happening, they refuse. We just bought 5 drinks and 4 out of 5 were made incorrectly. Unacceptable, we will not be back.

Just ordered a large strawberry and banana fruit and ice smoothie with light ice, so it wouldn’t be watered down. It was watered down anyway!! There was no banana at all and the drink was tasteless. And yet I paid over $7 for that damn drink!! Sad thing is, this has happened to me twice before, and recently too. BE WISE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY, FOLKS. PURCHASE YOUR DRINKS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

This review is for this trip only (the morning of June 28 2024) Scooters in Emporia Ks is normally great. Even when they have made a mistake they fix it and are very nice. I love the food and the Smoothies and usually the people that work there are awesome. I even got my daughter to start going there instead of the place she was going before. However this morning I had an encounter with a very rude employee I wish I had gotten her name but I was so shocked at her behavior and was trying to keep my cool and so I just wanted to get out of there. It shouldn't be hard to figure it out. I had asked the girl at the window for a bag since I had alot of food and some of it wasn't mine. The girl was very sweet and was putting it in the bags and another girl came rushing over and pushed her out of the way and began telling me that I couldn't make that request. She was extremely rude. It should have been obvious in the first place to put that much food in a bag rather than expecting me to throw it all in my seat. The small bags they put the food in barely keep it contained as it is. I have not been treated so rudely by an employee in a really long time. I had my Grandson with me or this would have gotten ugly really quickly. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this kind of rudeness is unacceptable. I would hate to think that someone's first experience at this Scooters would be with this person.

I love my coffee here, my only request is to make sure the foods we buy are not frozen! Cook them all the way please, especially for those prices.

Tried it once when it opened and tried it again and that’s it. Not everyone wants a whole cup of ice so you don’t get your monies worth. After removing the ice you only get just over half a cup of the drink. Entirely too many pumps it’s like drinking straight syrup

Seriously the worst Scooter's in Kansas. Tried to order off the menu and they tried to tell me they've never heard of it. Last time I ordered an iced mocha and it was just a peanut butter something, tried to send it back and they told me that was how mochas are made. Time before that again a mocha blender, no chocolate. These are not complex orders. Literally no adjustments direct from menu, and when I kindly ask for it corrected they tell me it's right abd are rude. To be fair, only have tried to go on Sundays. Go to Granada or java cat.

Over priced as all scooters are. The employees were not overly ecstatic like they train them to be, which was actually nice because they always scare me with their fake joy. Food was meh. My drink was better than I’ve had in the past.

Did online order to get ahead and pick up. 20min before ordered and when got there, still had to wait. Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. Terrible. Asked for no meat, so they scraped of the cheese to put atop egg. Over cooked it and burnt my mouth. Also place order on app it went to another store 100mi away and contacted immediately. But no refund.

Wanna give a shout out to the scooters on industrial in emporia Kansas. The two working this morning were outstanding. They engaged in conversation while I waited on my dirty chai which I'd like to add was the best one I have gotten there yet. Love that shop

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and the service is extremely fast. We had our order in about 90 seconds after we left the menu board. The coffee is very smooth and not bitter like Starbucks. The mango smoothies are fire and the caramelicious is one of my favorites. This location is great, right off of the Kansas Turnpike. Definitely visit this Scooter's location if you are passing through!

Great customer service! I was grateful they were understanding when I ordered a "maple waple" sandwich and started giggling because I couldn't use words yet. ?I appreciate positive employees. Definitely needed the coffee to start my day. Hahaha. Great employees!
