Barista making my drink commented while making it saying "god I can't wait for this drink to be discontinued." This was not good customer service and made me feel guilty about ordering the drink I did.

I received some of the best customer service this morning around 0900. I spilled my coffee ☕️ all over my feet on my way out. One of the girls immediately assisted me and brought a mop and bucket to help pick up the mess. On top of this , the same girl who cleaned my mess, asked one of the other workers to remake my drink. I stood there and smiled. I could not believe how well this ladies handled this situation and I wanted to thank them.

Didn't allow for reusable cup (up to 20oz) for National coffee days free coffee. Instead I only get 8oz in their disposable cup. It also tasted bland.

The food and drink from this location is pretty good. However, the employee relations are a little upsetting to see. While waiting for my food I watched as an employee advised a coworker who must of been still training, this employee that was "helping" the struggling employee was very passive. She answered the questions in an unwelcoming tone and to me it sounded like she was talking down to the other employee. As a customer I felt pretty uncomfortable watching.
