The bathroom could definitely be cleaner and there was one error in my order, but the lady at the counter was really nice and great customer service.

Would not let order through the drive through even though there was only one car ahead of us and no one behind us. Left out the meat in two of the taco in the six pack and a pound. One Ole container was only half full.

Guy working there was wearing gloves, but did everything with them on. Prepped food, took cash payments, cleaned etc…therefore you are not clean!!!

Ordered a combo, just 3 items. Got 2. Has got to be the laziest employees. Burrito was just pockets of individual ingredients. Service so bad it seems intentional.

Nice to have a place open during a blizzard. Had to shut down travel on account of weather. Lots of food for the price. Delicious
One of the softshell tacos I ordered had a foreign chemical in it (date, 11/30/2024). I took one bite and was overwhelmed by a strong bitter tasting chemical. I guessed it was soap but who knows. I almost called 911 to report poisoned food but I have not felt sick yet since washing my mouth out thoroughly. I called the store to report the inedible taco and the manager denied that there could have been soap on the taco. I just wanted the store to be aware that an employee may be adding inedible chemicals to the food and to watch the employees more closely. I don't want to hear about a child getting sick from an intentionally poisoned taco. The other food I ordered did not have the chemical contamination, just the one taco. I'll carry the evidence tacos with me for a couple more days in case I turn very ill and need to send it to a lab. The franchise needs to take this seriously, maybe it was accidental or a harmless chemical prank or simple evil poisoning. Time will tell for me

I would not eat here again even if I was starving Burritos were cold. Tortillas were refrigerator cold, inside ingredients cold. Meat and beans like warm. I took back and told them to microwave them. Ate half and ditched.

I order two soft taco with chicken and two crunchy tack with chicken no combo charge me 18 dollar price crunchy 2 dollar I try to tell but I think I mistake I was hungry I get it but I will never get again food quality is low
