Went with the family, we were told when we ordered that they were out of medium fry containers. One would think if you ordered a medium, they would would just give you a large or two smalls. The fries were cold and way over salted. When I asked for the pretzel bun, the lady looked at me like I had two heads and was not kind of rude when she told me they discontinued it. Wendy's has been a go to for our family, but we won't be visiting this one again.

330pm, out of all salads, so i ordered a sour cream and chive potato. Got a lukewarm potato with dried chives, no sour cream. Had to go back to the counter to get that. Gave me 1, asked for another
They appear to be understaffed, which i get, most places are.
Both bathrooms were filthy. I let them know.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been in.

Fries are terrible, not even a hint of salt, McDonald’s fries are better, so don’t waste your money on this place go to McDonald’s instead ✊?

Take Wilber off the register. I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger and 4 other people were helped before he even came by to see why I was still waiting. He brought my order out, looked at my husband and I, then took the order back and put it on a shelf in the kitchen. We didn’t know it was my order because he didn’t say a word. Hamburger was sloppy and the fries weren’t even warm. Bathrooms and all countertops were also dirty. Waste of your time and money- just go anywhere else.

Thursday June 20, 2024 @ 1020PM, pulled into drive thru to get a little dinner for my kid and I, we waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, could see people inside, they looked out at us and saw us, but never waited on us, never waved us around as if something was broke down or something like that. Nothing just didn't wait on us. So we guess we drove off. Also the last couple times our orders have been wrong. I enjoy Wendy's once in awhile but it sounds like I may have to stop going there

This place is one of the few fast food restaurants that still offer quality food at an affordable price, highly recommend their frozen stuff, they used to have an orange frozen drink and it was amazing! But I don't think they have it anymore they have a different frozen one but it's purple flavor, it is not as good but it's still pretty good. The only thing I wish they had was a bigger container, their large size is tiny which is understandable because a bigger one would probably cost over $10 dollars. But yeah their burgers are pretty well done and worth the money compared to other places which I stopped going for food since every time I would go to get food I'd end up disappointed and feeling ripped off. So at least for me this is one of the few places I still go and which I recommend. I have to say that at first I didn't use to go here because one time when they just barely open a few years ago I went there and they gave me an undercooked burger which I understand because they were extremely busy people couldn't fit inside the place and the drive through was constantly full all the time so I think that's why they didn't kept my burger in there to cook fully because of so many orders and I don't blame them or anything but it did gross me out for a while and didn't go there until recently when most of the other fast food restaurants failed miserably at what they're supposed to provide to people. WORST experience in emporia. My wife forgot to ask for things off one of her items as the hotshot headset lady wanted to rush through our ordering. Asked when we got to the window and was met with rolling eyes and an attitude as she says “next time you’re supposed to say it at the board” wish we could have had the chance to, thank you.Don’t eat here. The meals were not worth ruining our night out together. Now we’re both left with sour moods and barely trusting to eat our meals. If you can’t handle flipping burgers and taking orders while respecting the customers that keep your lights on then why should you deserve anyone’s business.
