Staff is great and food is great. And you can play golf before or after you eat. 10/10!

Had dinner last night at Horizons as my girlfriend and I earlier visited with her Father who lives in the area. I'm from LA, & work in television which allows us to eat at the best places wherever we film. I wasn't expecting much in Erie, but got the ribeyes and was knocked out by the quality and preparation of the steak, the service was top notch, and it was a fun place to take in a meal. Its on par ( notice the golf lingo?) with anyplace in KC, Nashville, Vegas, or Chicago for steak. The staff makes Horizons special. Some places just "get it" and Horizons certainly does that and more. Don't miss this place!

We had filet, with steak fries and a salad. Mushrooms and onion rings for appetizers. It was all just average. We had a snicker pie and ice cream and that might have been the best thing we had. I might go back and try a chicken fry, but its doubtful. We said we would take a table outside and the fly battle was on. Not a good experience. The waitress was very good and took good care of us.

We went golfing with our two year old, he had a plastic club and got yelled at for hitting on the green and not drawing any grass at all. We will never go back, worst place to golf at!!
