Wow, what a treat! I came in for my first time the other day and had the double cheese burger special. It was so good it threw me for a loop, even the blue cheese was good. I’m definitely looking forward to trying more items from the menu. Thanks Hilda’s!

This is indeed a hidden gem on the back roads of Kansas! We happened upon this cafe while staying at the nearby Lake Wabaunsee & wanted to go someplace close for breakfast! The food was "down home cooking", delicious and large servings! Our waitress, Annette was very courteous, friendly, professional and took care of every request...even the pickiest of kids ate (a pancake with chocolate chips)!!
