Glad to find this gem OPEN and NOT closed as reported by Trip Advisor…we enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced lunch. Hubby had a BLT with cottage cheese as his side. I enjoyed a trip through their wonderful salad bar & a cup of Chili (which was almost a bowl!) Friendly staff and GREAT service!!
We had the hot beef and it was so good. Nice little down home diner, friendly staff, the salad bar looked amazing but I knew if I did that my eyes would have been bigger than my stomach. Highly recommend!! We just stopped passing through but would definitely stop again!!
Multiple ways to engage with the fantastic salad bar (all-you-can-eat, one-time big plate, one-time little plate, ...) - just be sure you do. Staff is super nice. Huge portion of soup. What a treasure.
