Ugghhh….small town and Sonic is the only fast food chain in town. That being said, we usually go here because there are very few options in town. Today was horrible. I live 5 blocks away and was gone for an hour picking up food. App was down so I did the drive through. The total was $9 more than the app showed. Apparently there is AI pricing in the app and even though the app was down, they wouldn’t price match their own app…?. The kids chicken tenders was missing half a tender. A huge bite was missing. They explained it was the testing by the tongs that tears them up but no explanation why there weren’t 2 halves to that tender? The chicken tender combo was also 4 1/2 tenders. I’m not getting it at all. It’ll be PB&J next time I’m too busy to cook.

ordered my food online and it said would be done at 12:48. waited for another 15 minutes to receive food and by that time my food was absolutely cold. instead of getting my food out, the car hop was messing around with 2 stall monitors.

The attitude around this Sonic is less than pleasant. On multiple occasions I have received lemon in my water that disintegrated in between my fingers and drinks/blasts with dripping liquid down the sides of the cup. And today I go to buy shakes and not only is there ice cream running down the side, there’s a hole in one cup, a dollop of whipped cream, and two of the shakes were severely under-filled.
