You know you never know what you’re gonna get going to a restaurant that’s right on the interstate with the high traffic coming in and out. You also never know how it’s going to be when there’s a sign outside the door saying we’re hiring usually means they’re understaffed. this place was so amazing and honestly very quick in getting our food out and outstanding service and patience. Everybody was amazing. However, the only reason I give the atmosphere a one star was cause the one man that walked in one minute before me as I was pumping my gas was so impatient and so rude to the employees were trying to hustle getting the drive-through going so that they could help the dining room and came in very hot And was making the employees very uncomfortable and had a giant power trip to making people feel shitty demand the manager wanting a apology for getting ignored (aka waiting one minute while they were taking care of customers) but then would not expect her apology. I would very much encourage your employees to refuse service to customers that act like this because they unfortunately do not deserve to get treated the way this man was treating them for having to wait 2 mins to order his food. Also after his childish temper tantrums I did not feel comfortable eating in the dinning room with this customer.

Grilled chicken didn’t seem to be cooked all the way… Breaded tenders was delicious, I had an issue with some items on my order and the manager who had very rude attitude, I had ordered the grilled sliders (not the first time I eat here), something of them seem off, the chicken was watery, so watery that the bottom of the pouch where they put the food tore as soon as I lifted the bag and the sliders fell out of the pouch, and spread all over my other food, I asked the manager If she could change my sliders, also because they had a lot of mayo, and in a very rude way she just left me there waiting not before rolling her eyes at me, mind you I had already waited like 20 minutes for my food, any who when she finally decided to tend to my request she said she was going to remake them but she was going to use the same chicken meaning that she was just going to put them in an other bun, this is crazy never been to a restaurant that recicles food, any was mind you the chicken was already all over my the food and covered in the paper of the pouch that it came in cuz the bag had torn, that’s gross in my opinion, what was she going to do?, remove the parts of the papare bag of the chicken, any way she left with the sliders, more time passed my other food was getting cold, a white gentlemen ( I specify his ethnicity cuz I think it played a part) came to the counter told her that the food he received was not what he wanted , she immediately grabbed his food apologized, put it to the side and proceeded to ask the kitchen to make him what he mentioned, and I say mentioned, because she didn’t even bother to look at his receipt to see if this was true, so then it hit me, the attitude, the eye rolling, Was my skin color the issue?, any way I just asked her to give me a refund, to what she responded again rolling her eyes, we are going to remake them (they should have already been made), I was disappointed I just asked her to give me my money back, she responded “I can only refund you for the sliders”, -good cuz I never asked for a refund for my other food-, she gave me cash even though that was not my method of payment, I asked for the store number and call to complain she said she couldn’t give me anything. I did speak with her supervisor, also rude, I wonder if he was the problem all along, Overall a very disappointing experience… specially cuz I really like this place, and this is the first time this happens, the afternoon staff is way nicer…
Friendly staff, very clean place. Literally one of the best truck stop I’ve visited. A&W staff are amazing. Thank you for warm hospitality.

Parking: When you first come in on the right you'll see a bunch of cars and stuff park there it's kind of hard to get in around in but other than that got parking in the front of the store you got parking on the side of the store
