My food was cold so I did not enjoy it. I have been to many other locations and I have never had a problem. I should have let my server know, but I was hungry and did not want to wait and be eating while my friend would be finished.

The service from the waiters was very poor. I waited 10 minutes to be given a table, and the food I ordered wasn't served as I had requested. The waiters need to be more attentive to the customers, both at the entrance and at the table.

First time this location, long time First Watch customer. Party of 6, service great! ,3 orders of potatoes cold, turkey sausage gravy cold. Egg sandwich very good. Pancakes and waffles good, but cold. Avacado toast was good. Eggs bennidict not so much. Million dollar bacon not what it used to be. I'm sorry I brought my family here for their first time to 1st watch. Disappointed.

Nia was absolutely amazing, she was very sweet, respectful and relatable when it came to talking to my baby girl!! She even sung the song my daughter was singing with her!! She’s awesome! Keep up the great work and fast service.
