Man, do not go here before 9 am if you want what you ordered. The morning staff every time will just make whatever they feel like it. Even if you confirm the order they say yes and just completely lie to your face. During the day they do fine but if you actually go for a morning coffee beware

I have generally had positive experiences with Starbucks, but I have encountered several issues at this particular location. On one occasion, I ordered two Venti drinks, but when I arrived at the window, I was handed a Grande and a Venti. When I pointed out the mistake, I was rudely corrected and told that I had ordered a Grande. Initially, the staff was friendly, but after I chose not to leave a tip, their demeanor became noticeably short and unprofessional.
Most recently, I ordered a Venti drink, only to find it was 3/4 full and appeared as though someone had already taken a drink. Given that I paid nearly $10 for this drink, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service. As a result of these ongoing issues, I do not plan on returning to this location in the future.

Nasty sandwiches and they charged me like 10 bucks for it. Geez.
Other than their speaker is at screaming volume, their service is usually pretty spot-on and they're twice as fast as the Prairie Village location (totally worth driving the 5 minutes). However the snark by Darian can really ruin a morning and how she has risen to manager is beyond me. Luckily the staff doesn't seem to take on her attitude
