When presented with a $5 coupon through the Qdoba app I was informed that they do not accept the discount. The reason provided by the employee was that they were not affiliated with them.... I politely accepted the delicious food and carried on my way.Additional employee training should be given, or a disclaimer stating and explaining the reason why they don't accept coupons would be a good business practice.
I would like to start this review off by saying all of the negative reviews are just people being picky. Qdobas main competitor would be Chipotle (correct me if I’m wrong) but I am gonna have to say that this is definitely better by a mile. Me and my wife have enjoyed chipotle for a while and we haven’t had the opportunity to try Qdoba as there hasn’t been one near us.
