Amazing! Love it here! Used to eat here all the time and LOVE their taco Tuesday! We then moved to phoenix az and still cant find a restaurant as good. The tacos and burrito loco is AMAZING!
great service and food a must have if your driving through southwest Kansas and want great grilled chicken flour tacos I'm told they have the best steak in kansas I just can't eat red meats so I'm thankful they have food I can eat on a diet. I also hear people say how much the cost is for a steak but for what you get at medranos is way cheaper and better than anywhere else in southwest kansas even the grocery stores charge more for steak uncooked so can't blame...
Don't be put-off by the exterior. The Cafe is very family friendly. My tacos estada was outstanding and the shrimp fajita was more shrimp then veggies, which was done to perfect.
