I ordered my meal and only got one salt packet—like, seriously? Sometimes you just need a little extra flavor, but nope, just one tiny packet. And then I’m supposed to say 'you’re welcome' to myself for making do? Not cool. A little more seasoning love would be appreciated!

Stopped in for dinner on our way to our Missouri home from Wichita, Ks. around 3:30. The eatery was about 25% full. Placed an order for two bacon cheeseburgers, small fries and small onion rings. It took roughly 30 minutes to receive our order. Luckily, before we backed out and hit the road to continue our journey I had a look at our food. I’m very cautious when it comes to fast food. And to our surprise there was no hamburger on the bacon cheeseburgers. I was shocked but really, what can I expect. I marched into the restaurant and kindly approached the waitress with my situation. She was surprised too and said she would personally prepare another order for us, but by this time I needed to get back on the road. I wasn’t about to wait for another order and god only knows what I might have received. I kindly requested a refund, which was promptly delivered. And as a parting gift, at no charge, received two strawberry shakes. Still….I’ll never return and just want to warn everyone. Check your orders before hitting the road.

I ordered a single drink at 6:30 in the evening. New menu item - the iced coffee latte - medium/large sizes on the menu, but could only get a small/medium. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, watching other orders with food be delivered, before pressing the button to find out what was going on. They said it would be right out and finally delivered after another 5 minutes or so. Carhop took down my name and number for the manager to call me and she never did. The carhop was great! The coffee wasn't worth $5 and a 30 minute wait.

I have the app. I decided on the quarter pound cheeseburger that was on special that day. Having no breakfast and it being lunchtime, it was pretty darn tasty. Even though there were no tomatoes or lettuce, it satisfied my hunger along with a cherry limeade that was also on special. This Sonic has really good food in comparison to other Sonics I've tried over recent years. They're more like the ones I used to go to back in the day. Service was fast, and the employee was cheerful.
