Terrible service and the ice cream looked disgusting

This place is sure to fail you. Stopped specifically for some premium sundaes and some ice cream dishes. Most of the ice cream asked for the girl quickly pointed out to us were unavailable. After getting some of the choices that happened to be available we asked for a a premium reese's Sunday. The girl, who just so happened to be finishing the sweeping and shutting things down an hour early, very promptly said she don't know what that is, or how to make it. When pointed out that it was on the menu behind her, she still held strong that she had no clue what it was or how it's made. She assured us not only that, but they don't even have the stuff to make that. She was absolutely full of herself and a complete liar. We didn't bother asking for the Oreo sundae that we made the trip there for. Guess this store is not interested in business. Management and Baskin Robbins should be ashamed.

Call it Baskin Robbins Twenty One. Not 31. 10 selections were empty. When I said something, the young lady got pretty snotty.

Lovely little store, I grew up about 4 blocks from this store; so I rember the telephone both an the slushie dog machine. I rember before they had the baskin robins on there. Allways enjoyed the free air an way back years gone past they had a coin operated scale like they still have in Dillon’s east. You know for how small it is they got probably 40-50 diffrent scratch off tickets to choose from. But above all my favorite is the free air pump out in the parking lot. Stopped in last night to use it an I’ll be l, there’s a split in the hose, no fret though she fixed.

Everyone knows that we all crave ice cream, and Baskin-Robbins is literally the haven, or vault of the most delicious, MOST SUCCULENT, MOOOOOST HEAVENLY ICE CREAM EVER!!!! EVEN IN A VARIETY!!!! YOU NEED TO TRY THE DEATH BY CHOCOLATE, IT IS A NUMBER 1 ICE CREAM I'LL ASK!!!!

my fiance , Catherine and I were there the other night and the ice cream is the bomb,, we go there every time before we come home ,, great job guys... ???
The kids had been asking to go out for ice cream yesterday. This place had closed about 15 minutes before we got there...I was so happy when the employees offered to serve us even though they were already closed.Great customer service and great tasting ice cream ?

Τhe ice cream is great but I won't be back any time soon. There's a sign that says Baskin Robbins is taking the pandemic seriously, but the workers can't be bothered to wear a mask while handling food. Not appetizing and not a good look for a place that should have food safety in mind.
