This might be a long review but we came me and my sisters and their brother came in The store all happy so my sister asked for pistachio and the mean employee was like we don’t have pistachio but she said it very rudely so the my sister asked if there was anything else very nicely and the employee KAREN was like well look VERY RUDELY so my sister wanted to get a milkshake for me so she asked for one and then the mean employee was like I close in 5 minutes I’m not making milkshakes but she said it very rudely so my other sister was like if you are closing in 5 minutes why do you need that attitude? So when we went to pay my sister asked why are you being so rude and they lady was sorry I didn’t realize I was being rude and then my sister said well we were so happy why did you be rude and the employee was like ok and? So as we were waking out I yelled IM MAKING A REVIEW oh and the employee had green hair if just incase if you know her so yeah that’s what happened and I’m sorry if this review was long but ok bye.

Rude from beginning to end. Walked in, wasn't even acknowledged. After 2 minutes she got up from behind the register, still didnt say hi. Waited another few minutes for her to ask us what ice cream we were wanting. Throughout the whole process she was slamming the lid of the ice cream, throwing stuff around at one point she dropped something and just kicked it. I have never had such bad customer service.
