Pretty disappointed in the management if anything, never had issues before until today. Family went to eat because we had the points for free traditional wings. Server said we pressed “redeem” to many times when we didn’t. When clearly we pressed it once and it was right in front of her. Mind you it was over 4,000 in points. She went to talk to manager on duty and never once came to talk to us or apologized. We got the full ticket priced. A “complimentary discount of $9 taken off” and server said that’s the best he could do because he wasn’t going to take anything off. We paid the full ticket, left and told manager he needs to get his system fixed and he all he could say was email tech support yourself. So to sum it up manager didn’t care, lost points, paid a full ticket when $30+ should’ve been discounted off and poor service.

Food is always good. We had burgers (wings are great as well), and the sides are good. Took about 15 minutes for a table (they are busy, the best review a restaurant can have). They text you when ready and the process is very proactive. Place is clean and inviting. Our waitress (didn't get her name), was AWESOME! She brought us some mac and cheese as a side, then brought another portion when she determined we didn't get the right proportion the first time. She was very attentive, kept the lemonade coming, and was great with guest interaction. Great experience, enhanced by our courteous waitress.

Food is amazing oh yeah! Service is kinda slow during slow time. During dinner really slow . Hostess looks unhappy as to be disturbed to sit us down. Tables are cleaned when they feel like cleaning. Trash on floor and bathrooms are a mess. Health inspection where is it? Hate to see what kitchen looks like

Very good service, had a great server, very nice and happy. Had an issue with my wings but the manager Jessica, and my server Miat fixed it right away, very pleased with the overall environment. Food is expensive but you can’t expect cheap food in this economy. Food service took around 17 minutes for food to come out and be placed on the table. Overall will come again.

The waitress by the name of Yesenia was terrible we waited over 25 minutes just for drinks and plus an hour for food she was running around but never came to check if we got what we ordered I hope I never get her again 0/10

Entered as a party of one and was told I can sit at the bar. I asked if I could have a booth and I was told no. My only option was to sit at the bar because the manager does not like taking up booths for one person only. So I went somewhere else were they like a customer’s green cash dollars. I know that me not eating there is not going to close down Buffalo wild wings, but it’s the principal.

The place wasn’t busy and it’s not like we were constantly calling on our waiter, but she dropped our food and drinks off in a rush, making a mess on the table each time, like she had somewhere else to be. The food wasn’t right, missing ingredients from the menu, and charged us for extra sauce without us asking for any, saying “people usually ask for it.”
Was good and clean definitely recommend. sometimes they add to much cheese to the Macaroni but it is still so good!!

We sat at the bar where someone had just left. It took me waving down a bartender to get waited on and remove dirty dishes. There appeared to be 2 bartender’s and even though the restaurant was busy the bar patrons suffered.

Great atmosphere but the service was terrible. The food had feathers and the chicken was pure red. The clean forks had food caked on them. We told the waitress and she just brushed it off.
Waited an entire hour for cold food. Do better.
