I normally go inside, but after hours, I use the drive-thru. Every time i find them so friendly. If there is anything wrong with your order, they will help and listen. I normally take my dog with me as she is my navigator. They gave her french fries. Store always clean, friendly staff

Terrible go to the other Burger King this Burger King has the burgers on the warmer unless you ask for fresh or say no of a certain condiment and then they have to redo the burger to your liking!! I’m surprised its still opened ..

It is fast food. Taste quality is subpar to other fast foods but you can get pretty good deals so there is more you can eat, especially with coupons.
Ordered a Bacon King combo, and there was not a single piece of bacon to be found. What happened??

I am disappointed in the way I was treated. The girl who took my order at the intercom was fine, she didn’t give me my total but that’s okay. The line was long but it was late and it’s one of the only places open so I knew it was going to take a while. When it was my turn to pull up I pull up and the girl gives me my total, she looks so mad. I give her cash. She gets my change very quick and then kind of shoves it at me, I collect it and start to put it into my purse quickly. She immediately sticks the soda out the window and says here’s your soda twice even after I had said “sorry give me a second” finally she puts the drink on the outside ledge of the window and lets it slam. Her coworker catches the window so it doesn’t knock the drink over. By this time I was ready to get it. She flips around and starts shoving bags out the window, one of them rips thank goodness I caught it fast enough and then she drops the other bag into my hand. Finally gives me the drink sitting on the ledge about to fall. Expecting me to take all this food and drink she was giving me way too fast. She slams the window and that’s it. I can tell she was having a bad day or something had happened but I was pleasant, patient and did not deserved to be treated like poop on your shoe. Food was good though for burger king and honestly for how many people were in line didn’t take that long, probably because she was practically throwing food into peoples cars!

Upset I spent money on items I didn't receive got offered a coupon when I don't want a coupon I want my money back when did foodservice become crooks. Don't use the app to purchase if a product is unavailable you could have your money taken for nothing.
