I bought a lemonade for my son and when we got home I noticed a bug actually ended up being two bugs together on top of one another. They were still alive and moving!! Freaking nasty. I threw all the food away that I bought because who knows. I’ll never eat there again!!!!

Just went through the line to get four Whoppers for the $5. Drive-thru person started offering meals with other sandwiches and I was very confused. I realized the error when they said $20 instead of the $10 I was expecting. So then I made the alteration but they were still all sorts of confused that I just wanted for sandwiches. In the end they gave me four Whopper Juniors instead of the four Whoppers that I was supposed to get for the same cost.
I was trying to be accommodating but to jip me instead of correctly fixing the situation is just this morning
They were cool enough to get their ice cream machine to work while we were waiting on our food to get me my shake I wanted. Thank you guys! Definitely made my day

This place is filthy! Every table and I mean every table in the dining room is dirty. Food and garbage on the floor. Meanwhile, employees are just standing around talking instead of cleaning the dining room. I blame this on poor management. If this is what the dining room look like I shudder to think what the back is like.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to, which is quite an accomplishment. Get there, dining room is closed earlier than their disclosed hours. Go through the drive through and order a chicken wrap, "oh we don't serve that one." The one that's right on the menu. Okay. Get the receipt - Whopper was on the menu as $6 and change. Get the receipt and it's almost eight dollars. Eating the eight dollar Whopper right now and it's room temperature. Great.

The restaurant was empty, and the floors and tables were excessively dirty. The food was a little cold. The staff was too busy talking and not more worried about cleaning up the entire mess the store was in.
