Drink It Milk Tea House

I absolutely love coming here it's so good I always get the mango milk tea with popping boba, but I recently tried the peach milk tea with peach boba and it's my new favorite! Definitely recommend

Love it I go there very very often

Today the store in the afternoon it was busy and I could understand it can be overwhelming for workers sometimes but today I was waiting for my boba and saw they just placed a drink out and didn’t say anything so I approached since it looked like my drink and when I asked the worker “is this the brown sugar boba” she looked at me annoyed and said “what do you think?” And had a faced like I was asking a stupid question. Just overall horrible customer service and horrible first time coming here. Will never be coming back.

Extremely poor customer service. The employees working the evening shift were so hostile & unwelcoming that it resulted in me leaving without even ordering. Most likely not going to return here for Boba, will take my business to Krispy Donut or Saigon's for boba from now on. At least the customer service won't be nearly as atrocious as this place. Leaving a business due to becoming irate from the employees is insane. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I get the same drink every time and have since they first opened. The owner is the sweetest but haven’t seen him a lot lately which is totally understandable but the girls working always have an attitude like they don’t want to be there. it kind of ruins my experience when i know i’m going to have a good drink!

Amazing place! Very nice customer service. Sign is very descriptive and in a good place to read/see. Been there 3 times, each time was great!

A fun spot to go for very good ice cream.

Update: Back again on our next trip through Garden City after 2 years. Just like we remembered it. We get the rolled ice cream. It's fun for kids to watch them prepare it.

went there with my sisters today, and everything was lovely! everything was clean and we were able to enjoy the games they had available to us. the interior is gorgeous too. i got rolled ice cream and it was delicious!

Service is great, drinks taste good. The girls that work there are always kind and sweet. Owners are very nice people. They provide games to play while you enjoy your drink or rolled ice cream, nice family atmosphere. Overall nice locally owned business.

Been here many times for their boba and rolled ice cream and have never been disappointed!

Always fun to go and get some milk tea and try all the flavors. The rolled ice cream is delicious. Girls there are always nice, polite and friendly.

Had Boba Tea for the first time last night. Strawberry to be exact. I like it! My son likes vanilla!

Love! Shop was very clean and pretty. Got two drinks, medium brown sugar bubble tea and a large strawberry bubble tea w ice cream on top and both tasted really good. This is my first time and by my experience I will be coming again soon! ^^
