Usually service and food here is excellent. Today was AWFUL! Had to practically yell at drive thru person to get my order heard, was like talking to overseas customer service where you repeat yourself multiple times and order is still wrong…. Here’s to hoping they can get the good help back

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce & pickles only. Had to send it back 4 times to get the order right. First time was because they gave me a sandwich which was beef with grilled onions & I assume rye bread. Second time because I saw mayo on it, then there was cheese, then there was bacon. I kept telling them lettuce & pickles only! Very frustrating! Then was charges $2.49 for a cup of water. I should of just ordered a combo & gotten fries & a soda...

Good service, restaurant looked clean, and the steak burgers are surprisingly good. The patties themselves are rather thin, even the double burgers are about as thick as most singles from other competitors. I probably would have given 5-stars if not for the shoestring fries. Pretty wide selection of custrard-based desserts as well.
