On 2/11 I reserved a table for 2/14. When I arrived, I was told they didn't have my reservation & was asked when I called to make the reservation. I told them employee that I booked it online through Google to which the employee responded that they didn't take online reservations anymore. The employee left the front desk to go find the manager, which was unsuccessful.After standing in the waiting area for about 10 minutes, the manager came to the front, not specifically to see me, but asked if I was waiting to be seated. I explained the situation and she responded, a bit snarky, that the reservation had been made for 30 minutes earlier. I tried to show her on my phone the reservation, but she had no interest and found us a table. Not a friendly manager and the employee seemed to be very confused.The waitress was only so-so. When we conversed, she was usually looking somewhere else and didn't seem interested. She brought a basket of rolls with some butter but no plates to eat them from. I ordered potato skins as an appetizer and when I received them, again no plates. Both of these items were not brought by the waitress so I had to wait until she came and checked on me before I could ask for a plate.I visited here to specifically try the KC Strip....but they were out and settled for a ribeye, sweet potato, and broccoli. The food was decent, but nothing to be excited about. The rest of the service from the waitress was mediocre at best. When I asked her for a to-go box, she seemed put out by my request.As I was leaving, there was no thanks for coming or any acknowledgement. The front desk employee was sprawled out on the couch and said nothing. My experience was not a great one and won't be eating here again.

Let me start out by saying that I've traveled this country far and wide. My work demands that of me. With that said, I've seen many steakhouses that this country has. You'd be hard pressed to find a steakhouse that serves better prime rib than this one. It's worth every penny, and I'd highly recommend it.

Hereford beef....amazing quality. Best hamburger I've had in a very long time. Cook knew how to cook to order. Servers polite and efficient... almost makes me want to travel 6 hours for that burger again. A must stop...
