We arrived (2of us). No one to greet or seat. Waited 3 minutes for someone. She spoke with a thick accent making it hard to understand. I tried ordering 2 different drinks off the menu only to be told they didn't have them (iced coffee or sweet tea). Took our order. Forgot one order of pancakes. Food was great. When leaving, Waited nearly 5 minutes at the register for someone to help because our waitress didn't give us the ticket at our table. Our waitress finally arrived at the register, paid in 20's and was asked if I had anything smaller in denomination. I told her no. Waited another 5 minutes for her to get change. Food here is great...hot, fresh, and cooked well. Service was a major problem. If it weren't for the food, I probably would not go back

When we arrived, the manager rolled his eyes at us and threw the cards at us on the table, the waitress brought us the incomplete food and drinks, they did not give us service even though there were only 3 tables at that time, the staff is very arrogant, I asked to speak to the owner since it has happened to us quite a few times! I love the place but everything has changed šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

What’s the point of being 24 hours if no one is around to seat you when you enter late at night?

This place is always good every time I go. Other than weekends, my party of 3-5 people always gets seated pretty quickly. The coffee is always hot and strong which is a must for me! On the other hand, the orange juice is always a room temperature so I always ask for a little bit of ice which helps.
Going this time, we were eager to try the Reese’s pancakes! They said they were all out of the Reese’s candy and couldn’t include that since they weren’t sent very many of the candy ā˜¹ļø Overall, we enjoyed our meal with buttermilk pancakes and hopefully next year we can catch the specialty pancakes before they run out.

Parking: The parking is shared with a Hampton in so there’s usually plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: There’s always a nice menu for breakfast and dinner for children. The portion sizes are perfect for kids. My 9 year old definitely gets full after her meal.

Quite a long post but today on 9/30/24 at 11:30 in the morning. My girlfriend and I came to IHOP because I had just gotten off my shift. When we got there the waitress seated us and was decent but seemed a bit unhappy (I would too if my manager was Richard ā€œRichyā€ Dextre) well anyways I order the breakfast sampler and my gf ordered the tres leches pancake combo. We got our food a bit later and my gf was eating her food. I get ready to take a bit of my meal when on the eggs I see hair. I start looking closer and both eggs are covered in hair. whether beard hair or pubic hair I DON'T CARE i'm not eating it. Regardless, the manager is seating someone else and he approaches me and asks if everything is okay. I clearly state that i would like my meal either remade or taken off the ticket because i was not going to eat this meal in general. He grabs my fork and starts poking at my eggs saying "Well, this isn't hair its part of the egg" and i'm glad I got photos because he grabbed my plate and started arguing saying "I sell eggs and this isn't hair but i'll take it off of your tab." He tried to gaslight me and was very unprofessional, had a VERY rude tone, and demeanor. -10/10 and if I could give this post a 0 for stars I would. Very unfortunate experience because we’ve never had problems before.

Me and my girlfriend went in to eat and there ends up being hair IN HER FOOD. There was no hair in mine and we got the same order of eggs (over medium). So we wait , we didn’t flag anyone down or be rude. But then the manager (Richard Dexter) walks over and asks if everything is okay , mind you we didn’t flag him down. She explains the situation and just ask if there is a way for them to remake the plate or just to take it off the tab because she doesn’t want to eat it. He takes it from her very quickly and then starts pointing at a completely different areas then what we were talking about and I don’t know about you guys, but I can see black scraggly hair on both eggs. He said that he works around eggs all the time and he sells them and that it’s not hair but from the skillet. It was heavily unprofessional, and the way that he handled the situation was not in a way that any business owner should want their managers to be handling situations. Especially when the chef is not being well kept. He talked to us in an Unprofessional and inappropriate manner . And frankly I will never be coming back. Might I add we looked him up and he’s getting blasted on Facebook for having inappropriate relations with associates that just so happened to be minors. Overall, clearly not a good guy who you’d want working in this industry.

Kid-friendliness: The man is a little too kid friendly (pedo)

Horrible service. We showed up at 615am and no one was up front except for a lady cleaning the glass doors. After announcing that we were there and waiting to a couple of folks in the kitchen, one of which came out to visit a table, nobody came to sit us and we waited for almost 10 minutes. The guy basically ignored us. Not sure whether he was having a bad day or not, but we won't be going back.
