The food in this place is fantastic! Its my favorite place to get chicken and fries since they added it to the menu. However the music in this place is getting increasingly vulgar and loud over the last couple months. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here with children or if you are wanting to have a conversation while you are eating. If the owner reads this please get this under control! I dont wanna hear songs about sex while im eating my dinner.

i just spend $54 my 3rd time coming the 1st n 2nd time was honestly pretty good. terrible service yall hire anybody and anyone i asked for extra meat and they charged me for extra just to not get extra meat. the food just gets bad every time wouldnât come here again.

We were driving through yesterday and decided to give itokos a try- so glad that we did! The host and server were both so sweet and helpful, the food was AMAZING! We got the chicken teriyaki dumplings (delicious!), eggrolls (theyâre on the smaller side so make sure to get the larger order, so so good), boneless wings, and samurai bowl. We donât drive through Garden City often, but weâll be back for sure the next time we do!

First time there. We went thru drive thru. My kids liked it very much, which is surprising since my son js very picky. I liked it as well, but think they could do a little more seasoning/taste. Portions are filling, and you may even get 2 meals worth from an order. My kids say they want to go back. Maybe dine in next time.

Worse service ever. I didn't receive what I ordered and made an order of about 40 dollars they didn't give me my egg rolls or drinks. They didn't even try to make it right they told me to wait to speak to the owner and never responded to the bad service or providing the wrong order.

What has happened to Itokos? The first meal we had there was great! Ordered a week later and it was just ok. Our last two orders have been bad. Tonightâs order disappointed us again. Zero flavor even though we requested spicy drizzle. The rice wasnât even cooked throughly and was crunchy like raw rice! And once again, no spice packets even though we requested them. Are they not reading the orders correctly because we definitely arenât getting what we ordered and PAID FOR. Is it bad help? We know itâs hard to get good help but they are going to turn your customers away. We were really cheering for you guys but wonât order anymore until we hear itâs gotten better. Disappointing.

Probably the worst dining experience Iâve ever had in a restaurant last night. Took awhile for them to take our order, finally when they did, our food took about 30 mins. We never received our drinks or appetizer. We had two young boys who kept asking for their drinks and we could never find the waitress to ask about the drinks. The waitress was extremely rude and kept running to the back to play on her phone. The couple next to us said they waited 1 hour 1/2 for their food and they were visibly upset as well. Our tab was $40 and definitely not worth it after that awful experience with the waitress.
