Never going back person that took our order was sweaty and wiped off sweat with gloved hand and proceeded to touch and serve food with same nasty hands/gloves the other employees took out trash and were smoking and when they came back in didn’t wash hands and the bathrooms and dining room we’re disgusting we left and won’t be back. Very disappointing!

The place was really dirty, flies buzzing around everywhere. Watch when they give you change back because we gave him 100 and he tried to give us change for 20. Could’ve been an honest mistake, but you gotta watch them.

I got KFC the other evening, and it's a very first time in my life that I have had chicken that was still crispy when I got home from a carryout restaurant. It was delicious. The young lady at the window was very pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend the Garden City Kansas KFC.

I just want to tell everyone about the amazing service we had when me and my family came to eat here the other day. Justin the manager was so kind and helpful to us. He’s one of the only reasons we keep coming back. This place had lost us for a second but I’m glad we come regularly now. Great food and service.

They were supposed to be open till 10 got there a few minutes before 9:40 and the lights were out. Went to read the hours sign to make sure we weren't messed up on the closing time and were told very rudely they were closed. Have been there in the past and the employees seemed courteous, but definitely not tonight. Went across the street to BK and were treated very well.

Come on KFC Garden City, you can surely do better. Drive thru was not with it tonight. Got home and was missing parts of my order. Checking to make sure you packed your customer's complete order should be a no brainer. I'll be checking my bags before I drive off from now on...but I shouldn't have to. To the manager of this KFC... you sure aren't getting the work and customer service out of your employees that you are paying them for. ☹️
Ordered the 8 piece classic meal, received 6 pieces. Evidently the need to hire employees that can count and tell the difference between breasts and thighs as we only received 4 thighs, 2 wings and no legs! Also short on biscuits and quite honestly everything was just meh. This order was placed through door dash and I placed it for a later time, so it wasn’t like they didn’t have time to cook what was needed for the order. Won’t order from here again.

The food and service were great. The music was undesirable. The young folk may like that type of music but those of us that have been around a bit may not like rap. I ordered via mobile with the intension to sit inside but wasn't into the music. So I sat in my car in the parking lot to eat.
