The food and service were great. The music was undesirable. The young folk may like that type of music but those of us that have been around a bit may not like rap. I ordered via mobile with the intension to sit inside but wasn't into the music. So I sat in my car in the parking lot to eat.

Could leave review on food cause I never got none! I ordered take out , take out time was 8:50 pm , all the doors were locked ? Went through drive through they told me to pull up one spot they said they would bring order out.2 cars behind me got order before me ? They brought order about 9:20 well they brought one order ? I ordered 2 orders chicken sandwich meal . They told me I’d have to wait longer so they could get other order. I saw a worker leaving with pop and bag of food possibly my other order. I told them I wanted my money back on my credit card.I’ve always got good service until today 8-30-24 at 8:50pm don’t go about that time if you go. I think they were up to no good in there all doors were locked . I m still waiting to see about getting money back got case number left in limbo!

Kinda dropped the ball here kfc. Your famous bowls just don’t do it anymore. Less chicken every time I go. The crispy is less crispy and more bland. Are you sure you’re using all the herbs and spices? Tastes like your missing a few.

Sadly, i have to change my review due to what happened. The last two times i went here, i had problems. I went at 9:29 pm to grab just a spicy chicken sandwich after work. There were 3 cars in the drive thru already at the window grabbing food when I pulled in. So I knew it wasn't closed, one car even left right as I got there. I waited 3 minutes at the drive thru, waiting for someone to talk back to me. Nothing happened. They didn't close until 10, website said that, and the posted times said that too. And there were already cars waiting in line to get their food at the window. I pulled my car back and up again in case it didn't register. Still nothing. So then I tried going inside because I saw the lights still on and workers cleaning up. The doors were locked. I gave up, but then another car pulled into the drive thru. I thought maybe with 2 waiting to order, they'd do something. Nope. . .the other car pulled up to the drive thru hand out window itself and proceeded to wait there, with the 1 car that still remained, but I gave up and drove home disappointed. Now for the second problem. The last time I got their chicken Nuggets they were gray. Legit gray in coloring on thejr skin. And one was completely pink inside. All of them were almost gooey in a way when I tore them open to check. I'd never seen chicken like that before. Sadly, I only found out after I bit into one of the Nuggets, then immediately spit it out. I understand things happen, though, so I took the chicken back to let them know. It's not the first time I've had to go back for the wrong food, it was the first time I had to go back for uncooked food though. Salmonella aside, it's getting disappointing. I also read another review and they had a semi-similar experience with bad food in the same week I did. I truly hope things change as I've recently really started to explore the items on the menu here due to my friends loving it here. I even found some amazing stuff. But the fact I wasted 12 minutes trying to order a sandwich and watch the workers inside standing around talking is just frustrating when you just want to go home after a long day. Plus, having pink chicken on another trip just shows why I avoided eating here when I was younger. I posted pictures of the chicken Nuggets I got and the ones they replaced them with. The replacements were great. You can see a color difference in the skin, but by the time I took the picture, the pink on the chicken had turned gray. I didn't immediately think i needed to take a picture of the pink chicken, plus i was scared and brushed my teeth profusely after that. I really hope things change, but both of these experiences back to back have tainted how I feel about this KFC.

Owners need to come here and check out how the food is bein served workers are giving old food!! Food is nasty tasting not even fresh!! Do not recommend none of the food!! I’m surprised it’s still open go to popeyes your better off eatin fresh food there!!
