“Many times I have been there before they gave me my cup when I first ordered, then I could get myself a beverage and refill if I wanted while I was waiting but this time they didn't do that and it was kind of a bummer compared to the other visits. Also several people were there but everyone was still waiting for their food. Rarely before had so many people have to wait for their food.“
