I recently visited Ninja’s and was impressed by how friendly the staff was. They really made me feel welcome. However, I overheard an employee mention that tips on online orders no longer go to them, which is quite concerning. The food was exceptional—delicious and satisfying. Although the wait time was a bit long, it was definitely worth it. I’d rate it a 10/10 and can't wait to try it again.

Food is great, pricey, slow service ( would say because is prepared on the spot), entrance door glass and handle are filthy, walls by booths are dirty, booths seats don't get cleaned up very well, bathroom is clean but very low light to see how clean it is.
