Went here on 07/11. It was close to mid afternoon and was not busy. I was seated right away. I had the pretzel and cheese with a medium classic style pizza. The waitress Katie was very pleasant and checked on me several times. Great service everytime I go in.

Our 30$ specialty pizza was missing 90% of the toppings. Our waitress caught it and the backroom said they had ran out of all the topings except the fried chicken. No chance to order anything else just got an awful pizza with hardly any topings. Not a chance I'll ever go back.

I came by a few days ago and mildri was my server. I’ve been trying to find a nice way to say this for some time and can’t find a much nicer way to put it. I felt disrespected, unwelcome, and completely disregarded. She was paying more attention to my husband, than to anyone else there. My food came out cold, and the food that did come out warm was the wrong order. The entire time she had an attitude and would dismiss anything I would say or ask even something as simple as a refill. I had the worst experience here and that’s saying something as I’m a Chicago native and was hoping the service would be better. I do not recommend this place at all, avoid at all costs! And if you do go here please, ask for someone other than her.

This place is terrible. Food is very slow to come out and low quality. The manager Brandon looked hungover and kicked us out because we tried to stop the aggression of another patron that was drunk that they should have limited the alcohol on.

The food was great, very delicious. On the other hand the service wasn’t as great. Our server Abigail barely checked up on us and if she did she had an attitude. She didn’t bother to ask if we needed anything else or even bother to take our plates. We ordered an appetizer and we never received it. When we got our food a couple minutes passed by and she was already asking if we wanted our check. She did not bother to ask if we wanted desert or needed any boxes. When my friend asked for boxes she kept walking away and gave attitude.

Omg how delicious 🍕 pizza seriously I found the cauliflower pizza dough... today I don't want so many carbs one eats what the family eats outside and finding a place where you can also find this on the menu is almost impossible but here the pizza with dough Cauliflower was the best, thank you very much 😊 a different delicacy

This Old Chicago never disappoints! Unless it’s a weekend, there is usually never a wait. Our drinks were refilled when needed, all our food came out hot and overall service was great. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and pepperoni rolls as the appetizer and they were delicious! For the main meal, we ordered 2 Meat Me pizzas with a side of wings. Everything was cooked and seasoned well!

Kid-friendliness: The kid menus has a variety of options. My daughter loves the spaghetti with marinara sauce and a side of tater tot’s ? good portion size for her (9 years old)
