The menu is creative, and I've consistently enjoyed weekend brunch offerings (El Chicano Benedict and Tres Leches French Toast pictured) and the variety of grilled cheese sandwiches.They tend to be understaffed, but the wait is generally worth it.

We went into Pinky's for the first time my family always raved about it so me and my fiance thought we would try it. First thing after walking in the smell of sewage hit hut hard. Then a guy set us gave us menus and went in the back and played on his phone while the owners daughter took care or drinks orders and food she did everything. Then we wanted are food to go so we went to order at the counter for are inconvenience they only charged us for one mean for not even a red solo cup of soda a side and the most bland chicken I've ever had was 18 dollars do not recommend.

I really want to like this place. My husband and I have tried it a handful of times and the portions are so small for the price. The chicken isin't well seasoned and the Macaroni is always super disappointing. It has no flavor :( I wish it was better because I want to support a local business. Neither of us have orderd anything we are happy with.

This place is its own type of authentic. They put great spin on foods and don’t even get me started on dessert! Their customer service is the friendliest! It’s been awesome to watch Pinky’s grow and give back to the community. :))

My Ribeye Hero Sandwich was amazing as was the fruit salad and the coleslaw. Very cool shops with a relaxed atmosphere. I wish this shop was in my hometown. I will be back every time I am in-town for work.

This was the best , freshest food we have had in a long, long time! Such unique menu choices and very reasonable priced. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere is so great!! We live 2 hrs away and went to Garden City to check it out. My husband and I agreed that even if eating here is the only thing we did, it was worth the trip. We will continue to come to Garden City and will certainly come back here or find their food truck!! I wish I could give 10 Stars!!

My now husband and I went on our first date at Pinky’s, which was at the beginning of the Covid closures. He loved the food and I continued to love it! We like to eat there as much as we can when we are in town. The people are so nice and the food is always amazing, can’t forget about the desserts! Pinky’s is a special place, one of our favorites!

Excellent and creative lunch options. Menu is full of new twists for the innovative adventurer. Mom and I enjoyed the shrimp bowl special and the OG Bombwich. Very reasonably priced with great customer service and clean-hip atmosphere.

Driving through, wanted to stop somewhere local. Pinky's did not disappoint, the food was amazing and the staff was extremely polite. Hope to be back!
