Moving here from Kansas City I was concerned about finding good barbecue but after finding Plank’s my concerns are no more!
Fantastic sandwiches, combos, great onion rings, a couple of bbq sauce options and best of all the ribs are delicious!! Today I’m grabbing a full slab for the weekend!

Recently changed ownership. Now the portions are smaller, the ribs are smaller, and they shove everything in one takeout container, which means you get a lot less food. They also raised prices.

Been here 3 times in the last 3 months, does NOT disappoint like Rib Crib does. The ribs were pretty dang fresh, filled up the whole plate with a double stack, and WOW, tasted like they were done by someone who knows how to do ribs. The Cole slaw has a little to be desired but I'm super picky about Cole slaw. If you're contemplating Rib Crib or Planks for ribs, GO HERE. The only downside was canned beer, would love a couple of draft options!
yes I am a bbq snob. Got the 3 meat plate. ribs, pork, brisket. Ribs were tender no flavor. Pork was tender no flavor. Brisket was dry and no flavor. BBQ sauce of both flavors are high sugar content and try to mask anything you put them on. Fried pickles were ok. If in a pinch stop by, other wise visit someplace else.
