Very clean and food is fresh and great flavors.

All I did was order 5 drumsticks and a Fanta and got HUNG UP on when all I did was order normally

No chicken sandwich’s, my aunt and jon and me that’s what we ordered, out of it… tha fries were cold and tha chicken strips also.. only good thing was tha drink… and there was metal in my sons chicken, never coming back. Disappointed!

We did deive thru, but even then, you can tell what kind of atmosphere they got going. The lady on speaker was rude, not listening very well, cutting me off every other word. They were out of Dr. Pepper and ketchup. They forgot to put my sandwich in bag, had to go back, and once again RUDENESS. We only go there when my daughter is with me because she likes the mac n cheese, otherwuse I wouldnt go back. Its not the first time I get Rude attitude at drive thru.

Terrible service, never gets the orders right, very bad management, and doesn’t even speak a word of English. They refuse to correct wrong orders, or orders that are short items. They will over charge

Was given the wrong food, upon asking for a refund was very rudely refused, I hope the owner is proud to teach this behavior to young employees, will NEVER be receiving my business

No more grilled chicken. No more blackened chicken sandwiches. What do you expect people to eat if they can't eat batter.

Went here and the food was great but the prices were stupid high. 15 dollars for lunch, 3 piece chicken, 2 sides and a drink?? FORGET that, won't ever be coming back here as the value isn't worth the trip-off. That's not to mention the drive through service was slow AF and took forever to get orders out. Sorry popeys, you are out of the game!

Food was ok but when I went to fill my $3.19 Diet Coke the machine was out. I went to the counter to exchange for a bottle of water listed as $1. I was told they didn’t sell bottled water and they had water through the fountain for free. She also told me she knew the Diet Coke was out. There was no sign saying this. Those were the only options for sugar free drinks. I explained I did not want the sugar and asked for a refund which she flatly refused. I felt like I was treated rather rudely. The gal checking me out was quite nice though.

Maybe I don't know what to expect or I'm ordering the wrong menu items. I've eaten here twice and both times I ended up with a gut ache. I got some wings last time and they were super greasy. The service is good and the staff is friendly. The food might not be for me.

I went through drive-thru during evening shift and I gave the correct code for bone-in chicken. The person could not hear my order, they need to update their intercom system. I used a $30.99 coupon for a 14 PC bone-in chicken and I drove home. I live all the way across town and find out they gave me chicken tenders. So I called them and told them about my order being wrong, they asked to come back and bring the tenders with me. I was so angry and hungry, they took up my time and gas. So I drive back and they wanted me to give back the chicken tenders for the bone-in 14 PC which I believe is totally wrong for contamination issues. The 14 PC chicken they gave me was all dried out and I imagine it had been sitting there under the heating lamp for far too long. No apology whatsoever with bad actitudes from the employees, no discount, not anything at all to make up for their mistake and wasting my time and gas. I'm never going there ever again, they need better management. The order of this establishment needs to do something about their business, I see I'm not the only one with a bad review.

Waited over 15 min for food, got order wrong, got payment wrong, bad attitude little girls that need to learn how to work or at least fake smile while getting paid for it.
